And the truthful answer is that there are NONE. The only way to lose weight properly is through proper eating and exercise.</description>

Congrats on your weight loss so far. It is cool to see the weight loss through time with a real person and real pictures. RIGHT ON!!! I'm trying to get leaner and smaller and wanted to know what to do. I'm stuck at a plateau. I work out almost everyday, like 6 out of 7 days a week. I work out on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes, 10 Min ABS, 30 or more minutes of Dance/Ballet. But I can't lose weight. I don't eat fast food or drink soda. I limit the amount of food I'm intaking, but I can't get below 150..it's like I'm stuck. I just need help.
